Shiraz, 2017

A spontaneously fermented, unfiltered and unclarified wine. It shows aromas of black currants, cloves and peppers. A full palate with nice acidity leading to a rich finish with velvety tannins. A truly remarkable ageing potential. Great choice to accompany game dishes, duck or lamb. Also a jolly joker with black chocolate.
