A spontaneously fermented, unfiltered and unclarified wine. A really elegant Cabernet Franc, showing the potential of the terroir of the St. George Hill thanks to careful and attentive winemaking. Ripe raspberry and cherry notes are combined with rosmary and pepper notes. Tannins are smooth and the finish is really long. A great food wine, that pairs well with meat roasted over charcoal fire, but also cheese or even desserts.
