Pannonhalmi Tricollis White, 2021

Following harvest the grapes were first destemmed and sorted using an optical sorting table, then pressed, while the Gewürztraminer was macerated between the two steps. The settled must was fermented at low temperature.

The wine is a blend of three traditional varieties of the wine region – Olaszrizling, Riesling and Gewürztraminer – complemented by Pinot Blanc. The rich flavours and aromas of these varieties are framed by a fruity character. A fresh, vibrant white that reflects the characteristics of the terroir.
